Anytime Fitness Terms of Service

1. Membership Agreement

By becoming a member of Anytime Fitness of Parkland ("the Club"), you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions contained herein. Please read these terms carefully before signing up for membership.

2. Access and Usage

2.1 24/7 Access

Members receive 24/7 access to the Club via a personal security key fobYour key fob is non-transferable and may not be shared with othersAny sharing of key fobs will result in immediate membership termination

2.2 Security

You are responsible for securing your personal belongingsThe Club is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged propertySecurity cameras are in operation 24/7 for your safety

3. Membership Terms

3.1 Duration and Fees

Membership fees are due monthly on the agreed-upon dateA minimum commitment period may apply as specified in your contractMembership fees are subject to periodic review and may be adjusted with 30 days notice

3.2 Cancellation

Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing with 30 days noticeEarly termination fees may apply if canceling before the minimum commitment periodMedical cancellations require appropriate documentation from a licensed physician

4. Health and Safety

4.1 Member Responsibilities

Members must complete a health screening questionnaire before beginning any exercise programMembers with pre-existing conditions should consult their physician before exercisingMembers must follow proper hygiene protocols and wipe down equipment after use

4.2 Conduct

Appropriate athletic attire and closed-toe shoes are requiredOffensive behavior, harassment, or intimidation of other members is prohibitedMembers must follow all posted safety guidelines and staff instructions

5. Facility Rules

5.1 Equipment Usage

Members must return weights and equipment to their designated locationsTime limits on cardio equipment during peak hours must be observedReport any equipment malfunctions to staff immediately

5.2 Guest Policy

Members may bring guests according to their membership packageGuests must sign a waiver and be accompanied by the member at all timesGuest privileges may be revoked if abused

6. Liability and Indemnification

6.1 Assumption of Risk

Members acknowledge that exercise activities carry inherent risksMembers assume all risks associated with using the facilities and equipmentMembers are responsible for exercising within their physical capabilities

6.2 Waiver

Members waive any claims against the Club for injuries sustained during normal useThis waiver does not apply to gross negligence or willful misconduct by the Club

7. Privacy Policy

7.1 Personal Information

Member information is collected and stored securelyInformation is used only for Club operations and communicationsMembers may opt-out of non-essential communications

7.2 Security Footage

Security camera footage is maintained for safety purposesFootage may be shared with law enforcement if requiredMembers' privacy rights are protected according to local laws

8. Modifications

The Club reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Members will be notified of significant changes via email and posted notices within the facility. Continued use of the facility after modifications constitute acceptance of the new terms.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Parkland, Florida and any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Parkland, Florida.

By signing up for membership, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
